It has to be cut to finished dimensions before the cylinder flats and case profiling can be done.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\ufeff<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"660\" height=\"495\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/517704.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0682.jpg?resize=660%2C495\" title=\"\" class=\"size-large\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\">\ufeff\ufeff<\/p>\n<p>The internal cavity has a 4.5 deg back wall, inside and out to support the main bearing. As in the front case the bearing hole is cut .001 undersize for a press fit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/517704.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0683.jpg?w=660\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\">\ufeff<\/p>\n<p>The outside of the rear case has two reference lips cut at 7 in and at 6.680 which will be used during the profiling.
